United States Pressures Netherlands to Further Restrict ASML Sales and Services to China

Washington is urging the Dutch government to extend export controls to older ASML lithography equipment and related services in China, putting additional pressure on the Netherlands to balance its security relationship with the United States against ASML’s commercial interests.
