Dutch Teenager Suspected of Cologne Store Explosion
The 18-year-old is already in custody in the Netherlands on unrelated charges.
An 18-year-old male from the Netherlands is suspected of orchestrating an explosion at a clothing store in the German city of Cologne.
The incident occurred in September, but details have only recently emerged following a police investigation.
On Friday, authorities reported that the suspect is currently in custody in the Netherlands due to an unrelated matter.
During a police search conducted on Thursday, items believed to have been worn by the suspect during the explosion were recovered.
The investigation by German police is ongoing as they seek to understand further details surrounding the incident.
