Rotterdam Centraal Halts Train Services During Weekend Infrastructure Modernization Works

The Dutch railway operator NS and infrastructure manager ProRail have completely suspended passenger train services at Rotterdam Centraal station throughout the weekend to execute critical track modernization, disrupting tens of thousands of travelers to upgrade signal capacities and expand rail freight corridors connecting the port to the European hinterland.
