NXP Semiconductors in Advanced Talks to Acquire US Chip Designer Ambarella

Eindhoven-based NXP Semiconductors is negotiating to acquire Ambarella, a US developer of low-power artificial intelligence and edge-vision chips, in a deal that would strengthen NXP’s position in automotive and industrial technology markets.
