Netherlands Plans National Vape Tax by 2029 as EU Legislation Stalls

State Secretary for Finance Eelco Eerenburg has drafted legislation for a Dutch excise tax on vaping products by 2029 as the government moves ahead with domestic regulation while European Union legislation remains delayed.
