Nearfield Instruments Raises Record €330 Million to Expand AI Chip Technology

Rotterdam-based semiconductor startup Nearfield Instruments has secured a €330 million funding round, one of Europe's largest deep-tech investments, to accelerate deployment of advanced metrology systems used in manufacturing next-generation artificial intelligence chips.
