Major Highway Closures Disrupt Freight Routes Across the Dutch Randstad
Infrastructure agency Rijkswaterstaat has begun extensive closures on the A27, A59 and A9 for widening and viaduct works, creating short-term disruption for freight moving between Rotterdam, Utrecht and European markets.
