Intel Begins Commercial Production With ASML’s Next-Generation High-NA EUV Technology

Intel has begun commercial production using ASML’s latest High-NA extreme ultraviolet lithography system, a machine costing more than three hundred and fifty million euros that represents a major step forward for advanced chip manufacturing and Dutch semiconductor technology.
