The seven hundred sixty megawatt Hollandse Kust West Six offshore wind farm, developed by a consortium including Shell and Eneco, has supplied its first electricity to the national grid. When fully operational by the end of 2026, the project is expected to generate enough renewable power to meet around three percent of Dutch electricity demand.
