Corporate leaders and academic directors across the Dutch high-tech ecosystem have formally petitioned the federal government to establish a well-funded successor to the phased-out National Growth Fund, warning that without state backing for deep technology and artificial intelligence, the country will lose ground to subsidized foreign rivals.
