Dutch Government Proposes Expanded Intelligence Powers for Cyber Operations and Artificial Intelligence
The proposed National Security Protection Act would broaden the powers of the General Intelligence and Security Service and Military Intelligence and Security Service, including greater use of artificial intelligence for bulk data analysis and fewer prior-authorization requirements for defensive cyber operations.
