Dutch semiconductor equipment maker ASML has raised its 2026 sales forecast to between thirty-six billion and forty billion euros and plans to expand deep ultraviolet and extreme ultraviolet production capacity by thirty percent as chipmakers including TSMC, Samsung and SK Hynix increase orders.
