ASML Expands Lithography Production Capacity Through 2028

ASML plans to increase annual manufacturing capacity for its extreme ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet lithography systems by 30 percent over the next two years, requiring significant investment in facilities and skilled workers across the southern Netherlands.
